01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02 Description of Services

Griyaasoft provides a platform for registered users to engage in alphanumeric data transcription tasks organized into Tiers. Users receive research incentives based on the accuracy of transcribed units within the specified time limits.

03 User Eligibility & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraudulent activity or inactivity (Defined as not logging in for 45 days OR failing to reach the ₹100 threshold within the 45-day cycle).

04 Use of Services & Time Limits

• Validation Buffer: You are allowed a maximum of Twenty Five (25) seconds to transcribe and submit each individual data unit. Failure to submit within this window results in a non-validation.
• Accuracy: Payments are tied to the accuracy per Tier. High precision is required for research integrity.
• Prohibited Activity: Creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts (bots), or reverse engineering the software will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.

05 Incentive Settlement & Fees

• Threshold: Minimum payout request is ₹100.
• No Refunds: All processed earnings are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.
• Fees: A processing fee of ₹5 is deducted from each settlement request.
• Timing: Bank Transfers (IMPS) are processed within 1-2 business days; UPI settlements are processed instantly.

06 Intellectual Property

All website content, software design, and system-generated research strings are the exclusive property of Griyaasoft. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited.

07 Virtual Goods & Optional Purchases

• Nature of Goods: The Platform offers "Reset Tokens" and other virtual items ("Virtual Goods") for purchase. These are digital-only items with no physical value.
• 100% Optional: Purchasing Virtual Goods is strictly optional. You are not required to spend money to work, earn, or withdraw funds on the Platform. Access to tasks and withdrawals is free for all registered users.
• Verification & Delivery: Virtual Goods are credited to your account only after manual verification of the submitted Transaction ID (UTR). This process typically takes between 1 to 24 hours.
• No Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since Virtual Goods are digital and consumed immediately upon use (e.g., resetting a tier), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the tokens are credited to your account.
