Refund Policy

Policy regarding Virtual Goods and Digital Services

01. General Policy: Voluntary & Final

Purchase is Optional: Please note that purchasing "Reset Tokens" or "Addons" is 100% optional. You do not need to make any purchase to work, earn, or withdraw funds on the Griyaasoft platform.

All Sales Final: Since these items are intangible, irrevocable digital licenses that are consumed immediately upon use (e.g., resetting a tier status), we generally do not provide refunds once the product is purchased and verified.

By submitting your Transaction ID (UTR) and verifying a purchase, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary transaction and the sale is final.

02. Exceptions for Refund Eligibility

We understand that technical errors occur. We will honor refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you have successfully paid and submitted a valid UTR, but the Reset Tokens were not credited to your account within 48 hours of submission.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single transaction due to a banking server error.
  • System Error: If a technical bug on our platform prevented the tokens from functioning as described (e.g., the tier did not reset after using the token).

03. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want to work on the platform after buying a token.
  • Account Ban: Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms (e.g., bots, fake UTRs). Earnings and tokens are forfeited.
  • Poor Performance: You purchased a token to reset a tier but failed to pass again. Tokens guarantee a retry, not a profit.
  • Manual Credit of Unsubmitted Claims: If you send a payment to our bank account but fail to submit the Transaction ID (UTR) on the website, Griyaasoft reserves the right to manually verify the payment and credit the equivalent tokens to your account.
    Policy: Once we manually credit your account, the service is considered "Delivered" and is non-refundable, even if you did not fill out the submission form.

04. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 02, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Required Information:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Transaction ID (UTR / Reference Number)
  • Date of Payment
  • Proof of Payment (Screenshot)

05. Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the funds will be reversed to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI). Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
